The Market Intelligence & Portfolio Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and optimization of our market & business intelligence strategy and reporting.

The Market Intelligence & Portfolio Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and optimization of our market & business intelligence strategy and reporting.
Your assignments
- Develop a comprehensive portfolio performance measurement system to provide increased transparency in portfolio management decisions as well as monthly and quarterly reviews
- Facilitate and refine metrics-based reports by automating data preparation and visualization, e.g. via Power BI
- Act as a counterpart for regions/ countries and provide deep dive analysis and business insights about the BU Nutrition performance with focus on the global Parenteral Nutrition portfolio
- Lead the collection of in-depth market intelligence for key markets with clarity regarding market trends, market archetype, regulatory aspects, as well as relevant customer insights to facilitate high-quality assessments and decision-making
- Manage the Strategic Planning Process and lead the Innovation Share reporting for the Parenteral Nutrition portfolio
- Drive market research projects, customer and competitor monitoring, market analysis and external benchmarking
Your profile
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, (Applied) Data Science or comparable studies
- You have an additional MSc, MBA, PhD with background in Finance, Economics, Business Informatics is a plus
- You have at least 7 years of professional experience in business & market intelligence, management consulting, strategy, controlling or portfolio management in the pharmaceutical industry
- You bring profound knowledge and experience in the healthcare market and pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the category of intravenous/injectable pharmaceuticals
- You have a proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms) for creating dashboards and visualizations
- You have strong quantitative analysis skills to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
- You have expertise in identifying sources of market and competitor insights, structuring and selecting relevant information
- You have a proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization and international environment
- You are know for your high attention to detail and reliability, quick grasp, and ability to work structured and independently
- You have a keen interest in AI, big data and data mining as well as high motivation to keep developing skills in these areas
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken), German and additional languages are a plus
