Your assignments

  • Develop strategy proposals for future pipeline products as well as product life cycle management initiatives to ensure robust Generics pipeline
  • Translate BU long-term strategy into mid-term activity plans & drive realization
  • Responsible for portfolio management – identification, recommendation, managing New Project Approval (NPA) process, monitoring & supporting the development phase, timely regulatory submissions for successful commercialization and Life cycle management of key products in coordination with cross functional teams
  • Identify new in-licensing opportunities with support of BD team and valuate them as an input in Fresenius Kabi´s decision process
  • Provide Strategic marketing support including marketing material, launch kits, product training 
  • Responsible to perform the following tasks related to assigned European and RoW markets:
    • Portfolio Gap fill review / analysis and identify opportunities 
    • New Product Ideas (patent expiry, gap analysis, external offers, etc.)
    • Product Life Cycle Management initiatives
    • Geographical Portfolio rollout projects

Your profile

  • Master Degree (MBA or equivalent) AND / OR pharmaceutical / medical degree is required
  • You bring at least 5 years work experience in Generics portfolio management within an international Matrix driven organisation in the healthcare industry
  • You have ideally in addition minimum of 3 years Commercial experience preferably with P&L responsibility and / or a Sales / Marketing function in key EU market/s
  • You have strong business and commercial acumen and a good understanding of key therapeutic areas
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills 
  • You are a strong team player 
  • You are solution oriented with balancing strategic thinking and strong execution sense
  • You bring advanced excel knowledge 
  • You are well organised while being reactive and having the sense of urgency
