Your challenge
- Creation of estimates and calculations
- Value Engineering
- Tendering, pre-contractual and post-contractual services
- Benchmarking
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying and/or in a similar field
- At least 7 years work experience with a turnkey contractor
- Experience with turnkey projects (focus on healthcare facilities)
- Knowledge of common turnkey contract formats and contract management skills
- Language skills: English (fit for negotiations), others (French, Portuguese, Spanish) are beneficial
- MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, RIB ITWO, Power BI
- Open for BIM environment (5D)
- Soft skills: target oriented, team player
